There are many characters in Dragon Ball Xenoverse with which you can play and beat The storyline of the game. But as you finish the campaign, you will have 7 slots of characters to be unlocked. The characters are: Bardock, Broly, Vegito, Gogeta Super Saiyan 4, Super 17, Omega Shenron, and Goku Super Saiyan 4.

More characters will be added to the game via DLC, confirmed the former are: Goku, Pan and Trunks Saga GT.
Unlock All 7 Characters:
Here in this guide, we will show you, how you will unlock these characters in the game. So let’s start with it.
Unlock Broly and Bardock
To unlock these 2 characters you need to collect all 5 Time Crystal Shards and below you will find how and where you can find these shards.
- Shards 1 – Defeated Demigra in the main campaign.
- Shards 2 – Talk to Recon, a non-playable character in Toki Toki City.
- Shards 3– Complete parallel quest 49 online or offline
- Shards 4– Complete parallel quest #14, #18 or #42 online or offline
- Shards 5– Complete parallel quest #02, #21, or# 32 online or offline
After obtaining them, head back into the Plaza of Time and go talk to Trunks, complete his quests to unlock both characters – first you need to protect Bardock and after that he will give you Saga Broly quest, complete both quests and you will unlock both characters.
Unlock Vegito
In order to unlock him, you need to complete Parallel Quest #37, defeat all enemies to unlock Vegito.
Unlock Goku Super Saiyan 4
By completing all 55 PQs, you will unlocked Goku Super Saiyan 4.
Unlock Gogeta – Super 17 and Omega Shenron
To unlock them, you will need to gather all 7 Dragon Balls to summon the Shenron dragon: Then choose ” I want more usable characters”, to unlock the new character.
Note for these 3 characters you need to collect all 7 dragon balls every time, in-order to summon Shenron.
