In-order to turn OFF or ON Bear – Hair – Hood, you need to follow these steps

First go to the Gear section:

Press RT+Y for the beard (R2 for Playstation)

Press LT+Y for the hair (L2 for Playstation)

Press Y while choosing an outfit.
