Underwater Hidden Loot Cave:
To find that cave, first you need to go to the safe house along the eastern border closest to the shore’s north edge of the map, because this cave is located in far northeastern corner of the Slums.
See the location in the given screens shots below – from where you can start walking, and also the location of the cave. For that you need to head north along the rocky wall until it shifts left.
Now follow the path and dive into the water and swim forward and reach the cave. And I f you look on your right side, you can see another way leading you to a second open-air cavern.
