These bottles can be found in many bars marked on the map. You can make it easy by purchasing drinking guide from the merchant. It will show all the locations of the beer bottles. In order to collect it just go near the beer bottle and press action button.

In Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, you can collect hundreds of objects, like chests, secrets, Poster Ads, Helix Glitches, pressed flowers and Beer bottles are also one of them.
Beer Bottles Location:
Here is the list of all the Beer Bottles that you can find in the game.
City of London:
Location: 1
- Go the Public House and you’ll find it behind the bar on the back counter.
Location: 2
- This beer bottle is placed on top right of the fireplace in the Seven Bells.
Location: 3
- This bottle can be found in the far corner behind the bar inside George and the Dragon.
Location: 4
- This bottle is placed under the hanging flag at the far end of the bar in the Horse and Groom.
Location: 5
- This bottle can be found on the table closest to the fireplace inside the Prince of Wales.
Lambeth:
Location: 1
- This bottle is placed behind the bar on a small counter.
Location: 2
- Go to the Public House and look for barrels to the right of the bar. Bottle is placed on top of those barrels.
Southwark:
Location: 1
- This beer bottle is placed under a table which is located in front of the entrance in the Duke of York Bar.
Location: 2
- This bottle can be found on a table left side in the entrance inside the George bar.
The Strand:
Location: 1
- There is a sink on the left side of the bar inside a Public House. The bottle is placed on sink go and grab it.
Location: 2
- Go to crow bar and look for the bottle behind the counter in the north corner.
Location: 3
- According to the map, on the upper left side of the map there is a Public House. Go inside and find the bottle on the bar counter left of the sink.
Location: 4
- Go to Lord Nelson Bar and find the bottle inside the counter. This bar is located on left side of the map of the city.
Westminster:
Location: 1
- On the upper right corner of the map, inside the Queen’s Arms atop the closest round table. Bear bottle is placed there, grab it.
Location: 2
- This bottle is placed in King Arm’s Bar at the table closest to the entrance.
Location: 3
- This bottle is behind the bar on the back counter through the entrance of the Prince Albert.
Location: 4
- Go inside the Prince Regent and grab this bottle on the main bar.
Whitechapel:
Location: 1
- This bottle is placed behind the Whitechapel Goose Ale building in the corner located next to a red door.
Location: 2
- On the west side across the street from Bashing Button’ LTD. There is a large cart of bottles. Find your bottle next to this cart.
Location: 3
- This bottle is placed on the small round table on the left side of the bar through the entrance of The Cauldron and Stewpot.
