Cannot launch Battlefield: Hardline

First create a new test admin account on your computer. I will leave instructions on how to do this.
A new administrator account creates a new copy of the registry, making registry troubleshooting steps such as registry “cleaning” and manual uninstallation unnecessary.
Windows 7
- Click the Start button, then select the Control Panel
- Select “User Accounts”
- Select “Manage User Accounts”
- Be advised: Non-administrators will need to provide admin credentials here
- Click the “Add” button
- Enter a name for the account and click the “Next” button
- Select “Administrator”
- Click the “Finish” button

Sometimes browsers have a little trouble with the contact page, try another browser when contacting an advisor. You can also change the country of the support as shown in this short guide:
Game does not Launch, Appears in Processes in Task Manager
At first, please check your latest video-card driver and check what version of the origin client is installed on your computer. Install the newest driver for your video card. Clear your browser cache and/or try a different browser. Reinstall your webplugins for battlelog. Get sure that you have disabled all ad and application blocking software in your browser and using the latest version of Adobe Flash.
Battlefield: Hardline, Origin and the Battlelog webplugins should be in the exception list of your firewall/antivirus software. I recommend to re-install Microsoft .NET framework as well as Direct X.
Battlefield: Hardline Stuck at Loading Screen
Trying to join campaign/multiplayer, and stuck on LOADING/INITIALIZING
To fix your server joining issue, please uninstall Origin and download once again from Origins site in the link below, and close your browser and let Origin install and after the installation has completed, you may open your browser again and join a server.

Try creating a new Admin user account on you PC woltox, this will clean the registry and then try running the game on your new Admin account. As long as the game is installedfor all users, it should work.
Battlefield: Hardline Crash and Drivers have Stopped Working (Nvidia)
Uninstall the new installed driver, restart PC, and uninstall anti-virus, again restarted PC and after that unplug other SSD from PCI-Express. (If had any). Install the Graphic Card driver, repair the game on Origin and update again and also update Punkbuster. And also install DirectX from the files of the game itself.
Work-In-Progress…
