Infinite Loop Device Crash:
Turning SCREEN SPACE REFLECTIONS option to “ON” will fix this issue.
AMD and Nvidia Texture Issue:
There is a latest driver has been out for Just Cause 3, installing it will fix this Texture issue.
Preformance Problem with Nvidia Cards
Open up Nvidia control panel and look under 3D settings and find manage 3D settings. Look up Energy saving settings. Standard it on “adaptive” but changes it to “Full performance”.

Verify in Windows that the sound card volume is up to mid-level for all sound reproduction. A fatal Error occured in the graphics driver, try to reinstall the game and also your graphic card driver.
Unable to Play in Borderless Fullscreen Window
Right-Click the game in your Steam Library and go to Properties and then Set Launch Options, here enter “/borderless /windowed” command. To play the game in these modes.

For nearly nine months , we have the same problem and no single approach
has been found . Many proposed solutions , however, not a single work .
Yes, even on newly purchased PC the high-end class of the error code 38 is present
before the start of the game . Apparently, neither Valve nor Nvidia keen to tackle the
problem in attack . The graphics cards were sold , the games have been sold – and
after us the deluge . I see the problem in the lack of sales . Would go more complaints,
the problem would be solved by the manufacturers . For me to change a reason to
AMD and to avoid Steam products .
