What Should You Do First?

• Be sure to check the support article section related to the game you’re having problemswith.
• It’s important that you have the latest version of DirectX and graphics drivers installed.

Disable exclusive Full Screen mode via the launcher options (Change it to “0”) and then press Alt + Enter to get the full screen.
