- You can find this one on boat computer, inside the cabin in the fishing boat mooring off the dock.
Location: Silva Homestead
- You can find this one on long ornate dresser behind the small vase, along the northwest wall of the bedroom, upstairs inside roadside farmhouse building.
- You can find this one on metal desk by the Arktos Pharma Terminal, located inside red silo barn close to the electrical pylon.
Location: Lewis & Sons Farming Supply
- You can find this one on the floor, located inside the large metal tractor barn, on the southeast side of the location.
- Can be found behind 2 corner barrels, located on upstairs balcony of the large metal tractor barn, on the southeast side of the location.
- You can find this one on ground by the blue cash register, inside the greenhouse.
Location: Kanawha Nuka-Cola Plant
- You can find this one in an open locker, located in the small concrete stairwell and locker room between 2 largest chambers inside plant.
- Laying on a metal shelf, located in locked large storage pantry, inside the Snackability R&D laboratory.
- You can find this one on a section of mainframe computer, in the blue maintenance hut attached to the ceiling of the sunken loading dock. This is only accessible via the locked hatch on the roof by the orange-and-white metal trailer
Location: The Giant Teapot
- You can find this one on shelf of the counter, below the blue cash register, inside the Red Rocket Gas Station.
- You can find this one by the toilet, in the upstairs bathroom of the Gift Shop with the red painted wood siding.
Location: Poseidon Energy Plant WV-06
- You can find this one inside a crate at the very end of the catwalks that circle around the smokestacks on the uppermost roof of the energy plant.
- Located on west corner of the expansion cooling tower roof, by a skeleton slumped against the tower, with chems scattered about. Enhanced jumping may be required to reach this location.
- You can find this one in largest pool in the Fuel Storage chamber, on an underwater girder.
- You can find this one in Reactor Room, on the south side girders, supporting the top of the reactor near the ceiling; carefully jump from the computer bank on the highest gantry to eventually reach it.
Zone E: Charleston and Surroundings
Location: Charleston Railyard
- You can find this one on corner table in the narrow filing cabinet office, in the upper brick office building, just south of the bridge connecting the road to the main unloading rooftop.
Location: AVR Medical Center
- You can find this one on top of entrance lobby ceiling light, located near a draped skeleton; access it via shooting it or leaping from the upper broken balcony to the northwest.
- You can find this one on metal desk with the terminal by the door, in the office on the eastern level 2 balcony, above the massive basement hole and cafeteria area.
- Third floor, south side office, accessed via a hole in the wall; on a wooden and metal cabinet in the northeast corner alcove of the office.
- You can find this one on terminal shell in the southwest corner of the upper lab room with the Chemistry Station in it, and the large hole in the floor.
Location: Hornwright Industrial Headquarters
- You can find this one on metal counter half hidden by a wooden crate, in the south corner of the reactor lab room, on Floor 03 of the interior.
Location: Charleston Capitol Building
- Located on the judge’s table with the American flag on the back wall, in the first courtroom through the doorway marked “State Courthouse”.
Location: Summersville Docks
- You can find this one on rickety shelf, located inside small red storage shed, in the northwest corner.
- You can find this one on metal shelf below the metal tub, among other junk, on the west wall of the fish store shack, in the southwest corner.
- You can find this one on dry lakebed just below the northeast boathouse, by the scuppered red fishing boat.
Location: Burdette Manor
- Lying on the floor near the flattened side door on the western side of the manor, just outside.
- On the rock cliff between the edge of the property and the dry lake, on a narrow ledge halfway down, below the cluster of Soot Flowers.
Location: Overlook Cabin
- You can find this one on ground, just outside the broken windows on the northern side of the cabin, by the pool table and game room.
- You can find this one on rock cliff between the edge of the property and the dry lake, can be found on a narrow ledge halfway down, on the north edge just beyond the low stone driveway wall and blue car.
Location: Riverside Manor
- You can find this one on top of the tall dresser, located along the west wall of the corner bedroom, second floor.
- You can find this one in bureau outside the master bedroom, second floor.
Location: Torrance House
- You can find this one on the eastern crenelations, in the corner of the roof, just east of the skeletal couple embracing.
- You can find this one on top of the corner of the stone perimeter wall of the hedge maze.
