Level 8
From the entrance point, move forward in the corridor, also you can open a locked door, on the left side of the wall, but first go ahead and clear the enemies, turn right and go ahead and you can overlooks the giant outstretched hand of this immense Adra statue. Use the small bridge to go near the hand to interact for quest.
Move forward along with the curve path, slay all the enemies and you will find more skeletal guarding two tunnel openings to northwest and north. On the northeast is a small room where you can access the point to way go back all along.
On north side you will find an Adra-encased soul machine, guarded by a Fampyr, Dargul and a Skeletal.
And if you go with the locked door, which you can open at the start of this level, on the left side, you will face a Fampyr and Dargul in the next room. From here go to the left side (Northwest), slay all enemies and gather treasure from a chest inside an alcove room northwest of this chamber. You can find the Good Friend crossbow.
Now go the hand which you have located, cross bridge and wait as an elderly Fampyr begins to speak ancient Engwithan, much to the delight of Kana. Not much information can be pried from this withered old man. If you have cleared all the rooms of enemies, then you can tell him you did so and this opens a few more conversation options (only if you have completed enough of the Heritage Hill leg of the critical path to learn the Engwithan language. If they cannot understand the fampyr, he will simply attack).
He will respond:
- “Who are you?”
- “What was this place?”
- “How have you stayed alive all this time?”
- “What happened here?”
- “I’m looking for the Master Below. Do you know who that is?”
Now exit via bridge to the southeast and proceed into a chamber with stairs leading down. Move along the path for the next level.
Level 9
Form the entrance, go head slay all enemies, you can also open a locked door on the right side. Floow the corridor to east-southeast and open a door to northeast. Inside you will have a dozen small containers. Be sure to take only one character through, or you’ll step on a spike and succumb to your wounds. Move to each container, looking for a key. The Small Bronze Key is in the cage closest to the skeleton on the wall. Use Small Bronze Key to open the last cage. The Old Copper Key is inside. Exit the chamber via the south door using this key.
In the next corridor, access a narrower corridor on the left side, slay all enemies, here you can access a secret chamber via the wall switch, opposite the door, y can find it in scouting mode floor. Here you will din the third part of the four pieces that make up The Blade of the Endless Paths task.
There are two adjacent chambers on southeast side of this level. One features a Skeleton and Adra pillars to inspect. The other has four Spectres and a Skeleton to loot. Move forward and six Spectres float and a Swamp Slime slithers around this central hole with deadly spikes at the bottom.
Climb down for the next level.
Level 10
Here ancient Engwithans attempted small-scale experiments. Form the entrance, slay all enemies and head to northeast if you prefer to escape down the stairs to the next level. One of the Web Sacs in the southeast dead-end spider tunnel houses Aedrin’s Wrecker, a superbly crushing lash crossbow. Look in the Web Sac found by Scouting. The sac next to this one contains the Adra Key, which allows access to the room in the north with the Spectres.
Use the Adra Key to open locked door to the northeast. Then prepare for battle with a Cean Gwˆla. Loot the Cean Gwˆla for an impressive item.
Scout the debris for the Topaz before you take the stairs down to next level.
Level 11
From the beginning, slightly west of your starting point, go there slay all enemies for XP. Move along he path and you can located The Menpwgra in the very northeastern corner, which has a Giant Dank Spore and two Swamp Spores.
And you can exit via the east stairwell for the next leve.
Or you can inspect a thick vine wall. Cross it (choose this option each time) to reach the other side, and the exit steps to the east.
